But change is not always easy; I once read “It is easier for a man to change his religion than to change his diet!” If you want to save money and live healthier I would suggest that you change your diet. Eating “Raw” will keep you out of the drugstore, doctors office, and hospitals. In addition, you body will be more fuller and energetic. Take it from me, I am a witness to the healing power and new found energy from eating raw foods.
WHY EAT RAW?
Raw foods are considered the “natural” and healthy way for mankind to eat food. However, tradition has been that we humans eat meat that has been cooked so that our bodies can digest it. Well, our maker knew exactly what he was doing with the earth and the fullness there of. We were meant to eat food that was grown from the earth in its “raw form” without cooking or adding pesticides. When we eat in this manner the food is of higher quality and your body takes less food to be satisfied because you are getting the full vitamins and enzymes that food has to offer. So naturally you start to lose weight because you are eating less. When you cook food it depletes vitamins and/or “burns” the proteins and fats. In addition the enzymes are destroyed and our body needs enzymes to aid in digestion.
